About Me
Like many moms, I found myself standing at the edge of a relationship that suddenly felt different. The little girl who once told me everything was growing into her own person. Conversations became shorter. Independence grew stronger. At times I questioned myself — how is it that everyone else seems to be connecting with their teen? What was I missing?
I then began to explore our birth charts, and through the lens of astrology I saw our individual communication styles, emotional needs, and life cycles. Something shifted.
Astrology didn't give me a parenting script. It gave me understanding. It helped me see both my daughter and myself with greater compassion.
What I discovered is that many of the challenges moms experience aren't signs that something is wrong. They're invitations to grow, adapt, and relate to one another in new ways.
Today I blend astrology, mindfulness, brain science, and practical coaching tools to help moms navigate these transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
